Shipping policy

We’re so glad you’re here. Every order is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible so it arrives safely to you.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only and are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 2–3 business days
Overnight: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional carrier delays may occur.

Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours at hollowhickoryhomestead@yahoo.com with photos of the item and packaging—we’ll make it right.

Please note, we’re unable to take responsibility for packages marked as delivered or for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
